TD Equipment acquired manufacturing rights

After negotiations with Allan R. Nelson Engineering (1997) Inc., TD Equipment Inc. has aquired the worldwide rights (excluding China) to manufacture the Integraline series of top drives formerly manufactured by ESTec Oilfield Inc.

TD Equipment will pay a royalty to Allan R. Nelson Engineering (1997) Inc. for each unit manufactured. The design has had very good reviews from Nabors Drilling, the purchaser of the first top drive, and from Sunstone Energy Inc. who rented a unit for a project.

TD Equipment expects to start a major marketing campaign during September to sell new top drives.

TD Equipment will be providing support to Nabors drilling for the existing unit and to any party that purchases the assets of ESTec Oilfield Inc, which includes two complete top drives.
